Working principle :
This series of roll granulation is an extrusion sliding model. The working principle is that the belt is driven by the motor and the pulley is transmitted to the drive shaft through the reducer, and the opposite gears are synchronized with the passive shaft to work in opposite directions. The material is added from the feed hopper, is subjected to roll extrusion, demolded and pelletized, and passed through a chain to the crushing sieve working chamber, sieved and separated into finished pellets, and then the returned material is mixed with the new material. Granulation is carried out.
