The disc granulator, also known as the ball disc, can be used for various dry powder granulation and wet powder granulation. Wet granulation has a good effect and should be preferred. The inclination angle of the disc granulator is generally adjusted within the range of 35-55 degrees, and the speed is generally 10-18 r/min. If the angle is too large and the dwell time is long, the particle size will be larger. If the angle is too small and the dwell time is short, the particle size will be smaller. It can be adjusted according to the situation during the production process.
