Working principle of organic fertilizer fermentation equipment:
1. The thickness of fermentation materials in the tank is 70-90cm. The continuous aerobic fermentation is carried out by natural ventilation and the oxygen provided by the contact between the materials and the air when the material is turned over. The fermentation process is fully automatic and intelligent control. Working principle: under the transportation of vertical and horizontal walking mechanisms, the high-speed running circular rake will throw up, scatter and produce certain displacement of the fermentation materials, so that the materials will move back in a regular and equal distance in the tank. The fermented materials will be transported away from the end of the fermentation tank every day, and the space vacated at the front of the fermentation tank (the processing capacity of a day) will be supplemented with new fermentation materials, thus forming a continuous fermentation process.
2. There are 32 oxygen filling pipes distributed in the fermentation tank, which are arranged at intervals from top to bottom. Each pipe is 16 oxygen filling pipes, which are staggered from top to bottom. According to the requirements of fermentation process, compressed air is regularly charged from the oxygenation pipeline. The whole set of production equipment adopts DCS intelligent automatic centralized control. Automatic control of temperature, moisture, CN ratio, oxygen content, PH maturity, electric heating and airflow equipment operation during the fermentation of cow dung in the fermentation tank.
